Weekend Course (Adults and Kids)

No prior knowledge is required. Courses are held in English. Kids should be over 6 years old The course is two days course Saturdays AND Sundays 13-16. Introduction to Clay Art: Delight in the tactile joy of clay as you and your child are introduced to the world of ceramics. Our skilled instructors will guide you through the process, making it accessible and enjoyable for participants of all ages. Clay Techniques: On Saturday, immerse yourselves in the fundamental techniques of working with clay. From mastering the art of pinch pots to creating coil vessels and slab-built creations, you'll learn various methods to craft unique and personalized clay objects. Colored Engobe Decoration: Sunday will be dedicated to adding a splash of color to your creations through colored engobes. Explore different decorating techniques and let your imagination run wild as you transform your clay masterpieces into true works of art. After your creative journey, leave the transparent glazing and firing process to our expert team. Your completed pieces will undergo the kiln's transformation, turning them into durable and mesmerizing ceramic treasures. Come join us!!!
