Terms of Return and Refund



Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


The return of certain types of goods is not allowed. Therefore, hazardous materials or substances, as well as flammable liquids or gases, cannot be returned. Other items not eligible for return include gift cards.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)


Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.



Any cancellation of a paid reservation on our site made less than 48 hours before the service's start will not be subject to a refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but to uphold the integrity of our commitments to our users and service providers, no refund will be issued for cancellations within this short timeframe. However, in exceptional situations requiring a late cancellation, refund applicants are required to provide valid justification. We will handle each request fairly and professionally, assessing individual circumstances. We are available for any clarification or additional information regarding our refund policy.


Valid reasons for a refund request may vary depending on the context of the service or reservation.


  • Medical Emergency: If the client or a close family member faces a medical emergency, medical proof can support the refund request.

  • Professional Reason: Unforeseen work commitments, such as an urgent assignment or an unexpected change in schedule, can be considered with appropriate employer justification.

  • Serious Family Reasons: Major family events, such as deaths or emergency situations, can be considered with appropriate evidence.

  • Force Majeure: Exceptional circumstances beyond the client's control, such as natural disasters or unforeseeable events, may be considered valid reasons.


Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.


Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the official posting of your refund.

Next, contact your bank. Refund processing may be preceded by a processing time.

Sale or Promotional Items (if applicable):

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable):

The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If you are shipping an item over 750 Kr, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
