You have to be logged in to purchase a pass, please use the same email adress that you used to book your 5 weeks course.
If you do not have access once logged, you can contact us on this page.
Autonomous access is possible for all people who have completed our 5-weeks courses. You'll get to use the common table at the center of the studio and all the tools.
If you need clay, you can purchase some from us through Vipps, you will find prices and Qr code to vipps on the door of the workshop. Just tell us ahead ! Feel free to bring your own as well but we need the label to avoid any mistakes!!
🔥 Firing and glazing for Autonomous Students at Cone 7
Firings
New System — Pay per Piece Before Firing
To keep the firing process safe, fair, and organized, only Cone 7 staff loads and fires the kilns.
All pieces must be paid for before firing and listed on the Firing Sheet.
How It Works
1️⃣ Measure your pieces and choose the correct category:
- Small – up to 10 × 10 cm (cups, mugs, small plates, small bowls)
- Medium – up to 15 × 15 cm (larger bowls, vases, medium plates)
- Large – up to 25 × 25 cm (serving bowls, wide or irregular pieces)
- Extra large or special shapes – by agreement
2️⃣ Pay before firing
Use the QR / Vipps station in the studio.
Select Firing – Small / Medium / Large.
Write PAID next to your name on the Firing Sheet.
3️⃣ Place your work on the “Ready to Fire” shelf.
Cone 7 staff will load and fire when the kiln is full.
Firing Fees
💰 Small: 50 NOK
💰 Medium: 90 NOK
💰 Large: 130 NOK
(One payment covers both bisque + glaze firing)
Important
- Only clean, dry, and clearly labeled pieces will be fired.
- Unpaid or unlisted work will not be included in any firing.
- Oversized or complex pieces may require individual pricing.
- The kiln schedule depends on studio load and safety checks.
🧴 Glazing for Autonomous Students at Cone 7
New System — Glazing Only During Organized Sessions
To ensure safe, consistent, and professional use of the glaze room,
autonomous users can no longer glaze alone.
All glazing must take place during scheduled Glazing Sessions.
Glazing Sessions
The studio is fully prepared for glazing during these sessions,
with all materials, tools, and glazes available.
Each session includes:
- Access to all studio glazes
- Use of tools and materials
- Technical guidance and supervision
💰 Fee: 300 NOK or one day of your day pass
(covers all materials, tools, and glazes)

Important
Glazing outside of those sessions is not permitted.
During these sessions, the studio is reserved only for glazing.
If you wish to stay and continue working afterward,
you must register a new day pass for autonomous use.

- workshop is accessible at all times, except during classes and preparation for classes (typically Monday to Thursday after 17:00), and exceptional events. If you want to take a pass for a very specific moment and you have no flexibility, contact us to double check that you'll be able to use the workshop at this specific time ! We also provide the calendar below so you can quick check on what days and times the workshop won't be usable.
- the pass has to be used within 6 months of its purchase.
- once activated, the pass is valid for a month starting from the date of the first access.
- clean after yourself !
- the pass is for you only, you cannot bring someone else in the workshop
