This course is open to all levels/ from beginners trying the potter’s wheel for the first time to advanced students refining their technique.
Across 5 weeks, you’ll experience the full process of creating your own ceramics:
-
Preparing and centering clay
-
Throwing forms – from simple cylinders, cups, and bowls to more advanced shapes for those with experience
-
Trimming, decorating, and finishing your pieces
-
Glazing and firing to make your work durable and food-safe
Each 3-hour class combines demonstrations, guidance, and plenty of practice time. The first 4 sessions focus on making, and the last session is dedicated to glazing your own pieces.
Included in the course: clay, use of tools, bisque and glaze firings, and all glazes. Each participant can make 8 finished pieces maximum but 8 are not guaranteed, it depends on each person rythm :)
Classes run once a week in a small group of up to 8 students, ensuring personal guidance and space to develop your skills.
👉 Please note: if you miss a session, it cannot be made up within the course. Extra sessions outside the program can be booked separately and must be paid for.
